Yardley Friends Meeting was established as a Worship group under Makefield meeting around 1869. It was established as a Monthly meeting in 1955. Prior
to moving to their current location, Yardley Friends Meeting had purchased a building at the corner of College and Main in Yardley. That property was sold in 1956 to the Yardley Savings and Loan.
